CHANGES TO OUR DAILY OFFICE PROCEDURES - COVID 19 body corporate management services.

We wish to take this opportunity to assure our clients that we are conducting business as usual, while taking into consideration the following restrictions as per current Government Regulations.


Our office is fully operational at present via phone and email however face to face contact via our office is restricted at present. Therefore to comply with current COVID- 19 restrictions no meetings in person will be held onsite at the Bodies Corporates or in our office at this time.


All meetings will continue in order to assist the Body Corporate to comply as per the BCCM Legislation. However all meetings will now be held either via phone conferencing, video conferencing zoom/face time or via postal/email voting papers.  

The method of meeting to be discussed and approved  by the Committee and Lot owners collectively.


We advise that all works onsite of a non urgent/essential nature will be reviewed by the Body Corporate. With a recommendation that all major works that are not of an urgent nature on common property & onsite, be delayed & reviewed with the view of being then undertaken in the future.  


This we feel will also assist the budget/expenditure/revenue allocations, which can then be reviewed by the Body Corporate as & when required. 


We advise all tradesman are all still fully operational at present. 

   However they advise that they have restricted their services to urgent/essential maintenance works in order to protect their/our clients and their employees at this stage, as per current Government restrictions.  


All trades people advise that no major works of a non urgent nature can be undertaken at present, however all major works already previously approved and now pending will remain so. 

This to then be reviewed by the tradesman & Body Corporate & then undertaken when circumstances & budget & revenue allocations allow. We are all in this together as a team.
