Who We Are

Our small team delivers BIG

Gold Key Body Corporate Management was established in 2004. We are a boutique family run business and pride ourselves on our strong ethics and knowledge of the Strata industry. We take satisfaction in retaining our customer client base with some of our bodies corporate being managed by Gold Key Body Corporate Management for over 15 years. 


We believe that being a small team offers more personalisation. The people you communicate with are the ones who will work with you closely with your concerns. Our unique structure allows us to respond intuitively to our clients' needs in an efficient and professional manner.


We continue to build a strong and long term professional working relationship with our clients supported by our knowledge of the legislation and years of practical experience has seen Gold Key Body Corporate Management grow to the successful business that it is today.

Jamaica Santos

Jamaica has been in the Strata Industry since 2001. Having worked in the industry for two decades, she has an active and advanced approach to improving management systems and understand the importance of providing a high level of service to clients. She is passionate about building proactive communities and puts the best interest of bodies corporate first.

Marie Stevenson

Marie has worked across all areas of administration. She has a fundamental knowledge of strata having worked in the industry since 2003, her customer care is of the highest level, and there is no problem too big for Marie. Our clients enjoy her welcoming personality and her attentiveness in responding to queries.
