Gold Key Body Corporate Management was established in 2004. We are a boutique family run business and pride ourselves on our strong ethics and knowledge of the Strata industry. As a close-knit team, we’ve built long-lasting relationships with our clients, some of which have spanned over two decades.
In 2022, new leadership brought fresh energy and expertise to our operations, further enhancing our commitment to personalised service and professionalism. Despite this change, our core values remain unchanged. As a small team, we are able to offer tailored solutions and foster close relationships with our clients, ensuring that the individuals you communicate with are the same people who will closely address your concerns.

Jamaica Santos
Jamaica has been in the Strata Industry since 2001. Having worked in the industry for two decades, she has an active and advanced approach to improving management systems and understand the importance of providing a high level of service to clients. She is passionate about building proactive communities and puts the best interest of bodies corporate first. She holds a Cert IV in Strata Management and attends regular industry training to ensure that her knowledge and skills are kept up to date with legislative changes and industry trends.
Marie Stevenson
Marie has worked across all areas of administration. She has a fundamental knowledge of strata having worked in the industry since 2003, her customer care is of the highest level, and there is no problem too big for Marie. Our clients enjoy her welcoming personality and her attentiveness in responding to queries.
Richard Santos
Richard began his body corporate career in 2007 and have completed a Cert IV in Strata Management. Although majority of his industry experience was focused in the areas of maintenance coordination and insurance claims, he has vast and varied experiences which has equipped him with the capabilities required to ensure our client’s needs are met to the highest level.
